Our Story

FixAgile was born from frustration. Our founders spent years inside engineering organizations watching talented teams waste enormous effort on Agile theater — daily standups that accomplished nothing, sprint reviews nobody cared about, retrospectives that never changed anything.

They realized the problem wasn't Agile itself. The problem was that most organizations had adopted Agile's vocabulary without its values. FixAgile was created to fix that — to help teams strip away the ceremony and rebuild practices that actually deliver speed, quality, and continuous learning. And as AI began reshaping how teams work, FixAgile evolved to lead that transition too.
